Hello everyone 👋🏻 Our Primary Resources will be open by the end of the month! We had to take a quick break to get all our worksheets together, and we’re tirelessly working on new teaching material to add. Please do let us know if your child has a particular area of interest, we are always happy to develop resources around what works for your child. Just drop us a comment with a few words about what you think would help 📚

As a teacher, I find that many kids aged 7 to 10 are often interested in dinosaurs and space. That is usually my go-to topic.
Unmasking: Finding Safety, Self and Strength
For autistic or ADHD women who’ve spent years being everything for everyone except themselves This course was made for those of us who got really good at blending in and then burned out, shut down, or finally asked, “But who even am I without the mask?” Inside, you’ll find: - Practical tools to gently explore and undo the layers of masking - Support for emotional burnout, identity loss, people pleasing, and self-erasure - Strategies to build internal safety and reconnect with your own rhythm - Reflection prompts designed for ND women, because our experiences often go unseen, even in neurodivergent spaces This isn’t about taking the mask off all at once. It’s about learning when you can, how you want to, and what’s underneath when you finally do. 🧭 Head to the classroom to start.

I need to learn more about this! When I first heard of masking, I asked my autistic teen if he was doing it. He's response was: "Of course I do! If I didn't, there would be an awkward silence." I had no idea! I then asked him if he masked at home, and he said he didn't. I'm the only one he feels he doesn't need to mask in front of.

@Laura Lewis Yes, I think so too. When I understood masking, I also realized why he was always so tired and never wanted to go to school as a kid.
