A walk in the park…
The recycling plant doesn’t take bedding, so we’re looking at other things to make from the linen received. A bag is made using a pillowcase, child’s hoodie hat, and an appropriate T-shirt print….

this is one of my all time favorite books. Your narration is very good. I really enjoyed the first chapter.
Soft Evening Romance Story
While your hands are busy stitching, piecing, hemming, or wondering why the bobbin is acting possessed… your ears can be off on an adventure. If you enjoy having something cozy and fun to listen to while you sew, come visit my audiobook channel—stories to keep you company, make the time fly, and possibly help you survive seam ripping with grace. Because every good sewing session deserves a good story.

Great job on the reading Lynda. Tomorrow I’ll listen to the next chapter. Good night!
Just a little update from me 💛
I’ll be popping in less over the next six weeks as I prepare for my lower back surgery in early May and then take the time needed to recover well afterward. I’m also working hard to get several new recordings uploaded to my new YouTube audio reading channel before surgery, so my days are a little fuller than usual right now. Don’t worry—I’m not disappearing, just stepping back a little for a season. Please keep the community active, warm, and encouraging while I’m quieter here. Support each other, share your projects, celebrate progress, and keep the good spirit going during the days I’m absent. Don't forget to check out what's available in the Classroom. There is no shortage of projects to get involved in, so stay creative.

Best wishes for your surgery and hoping the recovery will be quick and tolerable, but you can’t really rush these things. Give your body all the time it needs, honey. We”re not going anywhere …

Down but not out... LOL, this pretty well sums up my current situation! Not able to move around much right now so my usual creative stitching is limited. I've been able to make audiobook recordings for my new YouTube project while in bed, so that has kept my mind busy. Back surgery is on May 6th. Perhaps things will improve after I recover from that. Meanwhile, I'll drop in when I can. I'll be finishing the House in Snow before my surgery and will post that video in the classroom lesson. Don't forget you can support my new audiobook project by listening to some good stories while you work, craft, travel, relax, or before bed. I would appreciate that a lot. https://www.youtube.com/@TheLibraryofEasyListening Don't forget to like and subscribe. The algorithm will like me better if you do! LOL

I sorry you’re not in the best of health right now. Praying for a successful surgery and quick recovery for you. Your resilience and fighting spirit is so inspirational Lynda! One of my favorite mantras is ‘where there’s a will there’s a way “. And you certainly always find a way…💪🏻💪🏻
