I love to find the treasure that’s still there in second chance stores 🙌 That’s why I got involved in the new initiative Textile Rescue here in NZ. There is so much still-useful material, fabric pieces, embellishments … honestly my favourite thing is to use are things from the massive “discard” pile our city has. Right now I’m enjoying learning new ways to reuse ♻️ things. I’m delighted to discover not everything has to be made using a machine. I am thoroughly enjoying stitching picture patches right now. One small project at a time, there really isn’t any need to rush ☺️ Thank you Lynda for sharing your work 🥰
