My wife and I are on the struggle bus with which booking site to partner with. We like ActiveBooker but are concerned that they are not quite current with automation/integrations however, very affordable at $79/mo. Golfoclock seems like they have every booking bell/whistle imaginable but is $1K for setup and likely $150/mo (still waiting on their quote). What are you guys using? Pros/cons? What would you do differently?

I'm getting ready to sign the lease on my 3rd spot. It's a bit smaller than my usual, but in a really busy center. 2 bays with Uneekor XRs and some fitness equipment to stay inline with the city's approved use. The neighbor is a Starbucks and owner is worry about noise. I've tackled this in the past with some heavy duty sound blankets behind the screens and they have held up surprisingly well, but the owner is worried about a Starbucks lawsuit and has a quote from a sound barrier construction company to build a wall. I'm confident they know what they are doing and i've done a ton of research and had similar quotes... my question for you all, have you had any luck aside from building a wall i should pursue? I know those foam sound panels do nothing to stop the noise bleed to through the walls. Low frequency tones from the screen impact is handled with my heavy duty sound blankets, but the mid-high frequency tones of the driver impact are the concern.

Does anyone here have XR’s in their facilities, any issues, big pro/cons?

We're in O'Fallon, IL - we've signed our lease, opened business accounts, and are finalizing financing decisions this week; hoping to begin ordering equipment in the next few weeks & intend to begin buildout in August. It's been eye opening to learn as we plan; the city has been quite helpful although we learned that we have to go through a planned use permit process which will not finish until August. biggest issue we've run across so far is finding insurance that will cover BYOB. Thankfully, another sim, in Northern IL is operating and can allow it. I've reached out and they're going to ask their insurance broker to contact us. Anyone else have this issue?
