Equipment Availability
Does anyone offer equipment for use at their studio? I didn't plan to offer clubs or training aids but it has been suggested in my focus group that a set of men's right/left and women's right/left available for use as well as training aids would be beneficial. considering...
Pricing and memberships
We’re not n the struggle bus with deciding on pricing and membership! BLUF: 1200 sq ft space, single bay, unstaffed. We’re setting it up to have a premium experience for the customer and, so far, will not be able to have BYOB. Anyone mind sharing your pricing and membership info?

This is the latest draft of our pricing. We've had several discussions with friends/potential members in the area and the feedback is positive. I beleive we may offer a greater overage discount as the tiers increase but are pretty set on not increasing the guests/session so as to avoid 4 people sharing one membership. Open to feedback and suggestions!

@Joshua Kauck The intent of our birdie membership and it's low monthly cost is to create a low barrier to entry membership options that puts a minimal amount of "skin in the game" for a customer and also a relatively low cost option to maintain during normal outdoor weather season. If this were me, it would make sense to maintain this level of membership when I'm primarily playing outdoors if for no other reason, the poor weather days and for the overage discount. the founders membership "seems" to be popular with our focus group we've been collecting feedback from and we're capping the number of founders at either 20 or 30. The bang for the buck is there for the person that has the ability to purchase.
Booking Site
My wife and I are on the struggle bus with which booking site to partner with. We like ActiveBooker but are concerned that they are not quite current with automation/integrations however, very affordable at $79/mo. Golfoclock seems like they have every booking bell/whistle imaginable but is $1K for setup and likely $150/mo (still waiting on their quote). What are you guys using? Pros/cons? What would you do differently?

Right!?!? I’m working with Al at ActiveBooker. Very responsive and I love their pricing. We’re likely going with them but I’m going to go through the deli with Birrdi before deciding. I’ll report back

Update - we've decided and are exicted to partner with fairwayze.com for our booking platform!
August Round Table Discussion
Going to start putting together a list for the August call. Feel free to comment if there are any topic you want to cover or discuss. I’ll update this post with the comments 1. Dynamic pricing based on duration, day, or time 2. Membership bucket vs hrs per day vs unlimited 3. Global sim league signup 4. Booking software and automation (projector, PC, software) 5. Gym Equipment add on

My wife, Heather, and I are workshopping our pricing and membership options; we've come up with what I've shared here. We're feeling ALL of the pressure as we work through our local zoning procedures, finalize our build out contract and decide on booking software. Open to feedback on all!
