For sound and privacy would the 15’ walls be worth it? We also did the tv on top of the monitors rather than side by side which we’ve been pretty happy with. The one thing we ran into is some lefty’s don’t love the location of the stand or monitors but the top tv can swing out of the way. Anyone with a normal swing path has no issues though. We are adding another bay and that is my biggest balance in working to factor in.

We don’t have enough going on to do it but I did talk to one. We have a good accountant that does our taxes. I kind of just dump everything to him but looking to optimize as we grow. Thinking quickbooks would be nice but would love to hear what others have to say!

Hey Philip! 1. Stripe Fees are just handled for the signup natively. If you do collect the fee yourself I am not opposed to a check. I just built the stripe integration because it makes things a bit easier rather than chasing paypal or checks etc. 2. Site looks awesome! This is the most minimal league you could join in terms of your effort. We manage everything. If you have two players or two hundred players sign up from an admin perspective it remains about the same. From a bay booking side I am also trying to work that out... I don't want to be over booked, I am adding a second bay this fall here too so we will see. Back 9 does that 35-40 range for unlimited members. I need to look at my notes but for leagues it could be more because they are playing 2 hours a week roughly towards the league. I am leaving this up to individual clubs to manage as they know their base better but would love to hear others feedback too. 3. I gotta figure out if I cap it too... I might cap it at 40 people for the first season but honestly 40 people would be a good problem to have on my end. We'll see how it goes! 4. Max strokes has not been considered as it is a scramble but I feel like a bogy max stroke might make sense. I'll bring it up to a few other people. @Phillip Vickery Ahh... makes sense! I have ~7.38% for taxes on all bookings but eat the stripe fees myself. My rate is $30 an hour so it comes out to 32.21 with tax. Have thought about wrapping the stripe fee in but I didn't want to make it goofy for people booking when they see different fees or other stuff. Thinking about raising my 1 hr rate to $35 then keeping the 2 - 4 hr rates the same but we'll see here. My idea was I would rather have someone book once, love it and think the price is fair, then come back and book over and over again.
