Dosing, MG/ML/Units
Iโ€™ve been searching and looking around for the correct answers but still canโ€™t find it. I want to find out if I start on a tirz dose of 2.5mg, can that be taken from a 10mg vial (that was ordered and then reconstituted) Iโ€™m doubting it because every dose says 0.5ml with each mg strength. Itโ€™s stated on the box of zep/tirz 2.5/0.5ml (50 units) 5mg/0.5ml (50 units) 10mg/0.5ml (50 units) Which makes it more confusing. In order to get a 2.5mg dose, would it have to be specifically a 2.5mg vial?. (Which i see is not sold) I just want to make sure i do this correctly before research. If I get a 10mg vial , can that be reconstituted to become 2.5mg and for each weekly dose? My question also applies to other peps. I got a ghkcu @10mg, but only want to start at a low dose of 1mg, does adding a certain amount of bac water dilute it to the strength of 1mg? Hoping I explained this correctly.

@Stefan Harvey Iโ€™m trying to figure this out myself. Usually for tirz on the box of 2.5 mg it also said 0.5ml. I you get a 10mg vial how would you reconstitute so that way you are getting that 2.5mg dose and not 10mg.

When getting tirz, how do you know which one it is? Does it say glp1 T? Favorite vendor? Also , what has been everyoneโ€™s go to does they stick with?

Why the GHK-Cu / KPV Blend Makes More Sense Than GLOW or KLOW
I've talked about this before โ€” I'm not a huge fan of the GLOW or KLOW blends. They contain BPC-157 and TB-500, which are powerful healing peptides, but that's exactly the problem. You shouldn't be running healing peptides year-round. Those are compounds you cycle maybe 2-3 times a year when you actually need them. Running them nonstop just doesn't make sense. So when Valor dropped their GHK-Cu / KPV blend (50mg/10mg), I paid attention. Now Ion + Modern Research carries it, and AMP and EZ both have their own version at 50mg/20mg. When multiple retailers start picking up the same blend, that tells you something โ€” the combination actually works. Let me break down why. GHK-Cu โ€” The Builder GHK-Cu is a peptide your body already makes naturally. The problem is your levels drop big time as you age โ€” roughly cutting in half between your 20s and 60s. So what does it actually do? It tells your skin cells to start producing more collagen โ€” that's the stuff that keeps your skin firm and tight. It also boosts the molecules that hold water in your skin, which is what gives you that full, healthy look instead of dry and thin. Basically, GHK-Cu wakes up your skin's repair system and tells it to work like it did when you were younger. It's not just a surface-level fix โ€” it's rebuilding from the inside out. Think of it like this: GHK-Cu is the construction crew rebuilding the foundation of your skin. KPV โ€” The Calmer KPV is a small peptide that your body uses to control inflammation. Its main job is turning down your body's "alarm system." When that alarm is going off all the time (which happens more as we age, with stress, poor diet, etc.), your body stays in a constant state of irritation โ€” redness, swelling, breakouts, and skin that just doesn't look right. KPV quiets all of that down. It also helps fight off bad bacteria on the skin, which is a big deal for anyone dealing with acne or rosacea. And for those of you in the GLP-1 community with gut issues that show up on your skin โ€” KPV helps calm that too. Your gut and your skin are more connected than most people realize.

So to be a little clear. If you use bpc-tb mix it should only be used 2-3 times a year when really needed? Is this 8-12 weeks on? At what dose? Iโ€™m. A newbie Thank you!
