I Have a New "Resident!!"
Although I live in the center of a large city, Colorado Springs, I have turned my yard into a forest like area of trees, shrubs, and wild flowers. I find it very refreshing. I recently built an "owl box" atop one of my sheds out back in hopes of attracting an owl. It worked!!! I have a barn owl! I'm so thrilled! Barn owls have a hard time competing in Colorado with Great Horned Owls.

I went OFF today and it felt good!! I’ve been holding back for YEARS now how people treat me and I’m so fucking tired that I let it rip TURDAYY!! Everything that I’ve thought and felt is only my perception and I decided to make others involved, known to it!! I don’t give a datum any more!!! No one and nothing is holding me down anymore. Do you know how difficult it is to rise above the demonic forces which is others perception??? That in my opinion is the HE’LL that they preach about. They always say, “Do you know how much power you have?” They’re exactly right, in my opinion we use the power against one another by the use of our words! THAT is the witchcraft! So if you have been feeling HELL BOUND check your environment and what’s being said to you? If it does NOT make you feel good, start picturing what it would be like to be in another situation and then make steps in that direction! I know that’s exactly what I’m doing, starting NOW!!

So I have been off FB and IG since the woman I previously mentioned and I stopped talking June 26. I got back on today just for a few and saw she is already in a committed relationship and it was dated at first on July 14. Not 2 weeks after which means she was talking to him at the same time more than likely. Why am I bothered by this when I thought I was letting go?

@John Calvert sounds like you’re disturbed because she obviously had excited the relationship long before you did. Maybe you just didn’t heed her warning signs

How do you keep mentally sane while grinding? Whether that grind be your studies, an online business, fitness or whatever. How do you stay happy during the long work days? The early mornings? The sacrifice? “Just discipline yourself, bro, your happiness does not matter on the grind.” You may be thinking… No. Your mental health should be prioritised, and here is how: __________________________________________________________________________________________________ 𝙰𝚌𝚝𝚒𝚘𝚗 𝚜𝚝𝚎𝚙𝚜: 1. Customisation, customise your grind period in a way that aligns with your true values, do not follow some creator’s grind mode protocol blindly, customise how you want. 2. Good mindset, not having an all or nothing mindset of you mess up and seeing the fun in the grind and being like for example “The grind is part of experiencing life, and I get to do the grind, not I have to.” 3. Grinding on something you genuinely enjoy, for example, of your grind is online business, and you are grinding on some business you hate just for the money, you will be unhappy. Pursue a business you actually like. 4. Doing your mental health habit’s still, for example meditating, gratitude/exercise.
