Hi all, I'm new to this property game and would like as much help and advice as i can get. My main aim is to be able to retire to Cyprus within 3 years. I'm looking to focus on Commercial Property at the moment (No conversions to start). Just looking to buy Commercial units with existing tenants with Fully Insured and Repair leases for now. Before diving into e-commerce, I was fully focused on the property business. While it taught me a lot, I faced so many struggles, especially when it came to creating a consistent income and finding a system that actually worked long term. At times, I honestly questioned whether I was on the right path. Out of curiosity (and a bit of frustration), I decided to give e-commerce a trial. And that decision has completely transformed everything for me. T he real breakthrough came when I was fortunate enough to connect with the right guidance through this very community. Having someone show me what actually works made all the difference. Since then, the game has totally changed. I’ve been able to scale my ecom store, find consistency, and create results I never thought possible before. I’m always passionate about sharing what’s been working for me, in the hope that it might be helpful to someone else here who’s on the same journey.
