I’m Navigating making the time to do more community connect. We have been established in our community for over a decade and there’s quite a few new providers I need to shake hands with. Prepping a conversation for the lactation clinic at the hospital for this week. It’s taken me 15 years to be invited. Win!

Tongue tie
Hi guys, I have a 3-week-old with tongue tie and trouble latching on the right breast- natural birth, but a shoulder got stuck, and a vacuum was used. I have forgotten how do release tongue tie and also any other advice would be appraciated

Regulate the nervous system and really feel that fascial change...That baby had significant stress from the beginning.
