Here's a quick one today!
Here's a quick one today.🖐️ What’s one kettlebell drill you never skip, no matter how you’re feeling? Not the fancy stuff — the one that actually moves you forward. Drop it below 👇 and let’s see what everyone rates as non-negotiable. #Kettlebells #ConsistencyWins #TrainingBasics

Today was something of a mental crash for me concerning eating habits. After some really stressful days (mentally) I didn't have the discipline and strength to do without snacks ... I simply lost control. This was one (big) mistake, yes, but it is not the end of the journey. You wouldn't slash the other three car tires because one is flat, would you? My restart begins NOW💪.

@Miriam Singler Loving your tyre analogy. We need to be kind to ourselves and never give up after just one slip up.

Sunday Funday with the Bells
☀️ Sunday Funday with Kettlebells ☀️Let’s check in — what’s everyone working on today? Snatches, OALC, stop-start swings, clean progressions, doubles… whatever it is, keep showing up. Some lifts feel smooth, some feel brutal, and some days the humidity alone is the workout — but that’s all part of the process. Every rep builds confidence. Every session builds consistency. No rush, no pressure — just steady work and honest effort. 👇 Drop what you’re practicing right now(and whether it’s feeling good, humbling, or somewhere in between) Let’s get some momentum going this Sunday. 💪🔥
