I hope everyone is doing well. I'm still following the same concept every day. Up early, coffee, gym, one meal, and work until 12 or 1am. I feel more ripped. Haven't had alcohol for over a month. Going through a tough time at the moment due to something that happened and I am still processing.

Sorry to hear about your troubles. I am recovering from a bad bout of flu after being confined to bed for just over a week. Still feeling a bit weak and sorry for myself. I will pick things up in earnest after the xmas holidays after various family members have gone home

Today was something of a mental crash for me concerning eating habits. After some really stressful days (mentally) I didn't have the discipline and strength to do without snacks ... I simply lost control. This was one (big) mistake, yes, but it is not the end of the journey. You wouldn't slash the other three car tires because one is flat, would you? My restart begins NOW💪.
