@Steven Oldner That’s exactly how it should be, Steven. 👍 Different days, different tools. Swings for power, halos for shoulders, lunges for legs — you’re adjusting to your energy and still getting the work done.

Good question, Chris — and you’re right, it helps to hear what others lean on. For most people, the basics are what deliver the most results: swings for power and conditioning, goblet squats for leg strength, presses for upper body strength, and carries for grip and core. Nothing fancy — just movements you can repeat, refine, and build on over time. Stick with the fundamentals and they’ll carry you a long way into the new year. 💪

@Steven Oldner Perfect choice, Steven — two-handed Russian swings are a foundation for everything else. 💪 Keep dialing in your form and tempo; they’ll keep giving you strength, endurance, and control every session. ⚡

@John Boody Clean & press — when it’s done right. 💪 It forces you to be honest with your technique, your breathing, and your load. Swings being a close second also checks out — they keep everything sharp when energy’s low. Keep it clean, keep it consistent.

@John Boody That’s exactly it, John. 👌 Show up, start moving, don’t overthink it. That 5-minute routine lowers the barrier, and once you’re in, the body takes over. Those sessions usually turn out the best for a reason. Keep doing that.

@Steven Oldner That’s exactly it! No motivation needed — just structure and routine. You show up because it’s scheduled, not because you feel like it. That’s how consistency is built and why it keeps working. Keep doing it. 💪
