I hope everyone is doing well. I'm still following the same concept every day. Up early, coffee, gym, one meal, and work until 12 or 1am. I feel more ripped. Haven't had alcohol for over a month. Going through a tough time at the moment due to something that happened and I am still processing.

@Taco Fleur sorry to hear that. It leaves a big hole when they pass. I was a mess when it happened to us, 3 weeks later I bought 2 more, they are now 13! I think not here for much longer and then we will be facing it all again. They give so much unconditional love and bring comfort and joy. Thoughts with you.

They are great thanks. I write overhead carries, halo, windmills and o’head chaos carries into my clients gym sessions as their prehab exercises to bulletproof their shoulders.

You attach a band to the handle of kb and hold that instead of the handle. As you walk the kb is now unstable and you have to control it as you walk. Similar principle to that of the bandbell/earthquake bar. If I get time I will film upload and send you a link.
