Im competing tomorrow in the Oceania Cup and GSAA open 3 kb comp in Melbourne. I have a 16kg 60 minute snatch event and a 24kg military snatch event. I don’t normally post but have never done a full marathon kettlebell event before and just wanted to share. 🤞🏻🤞🏻🤞🏻
I did a full marathon 16kg snatch and got an Australian record of 873reps. Pretty brutal as I ripped my hands at 45 mins, the chalk and sweat made a hard bumpy mix on the handle. I tried lifting the 24kg after for military but dropped the bell as my hands were to raw and couldn’t hold it. Im happy with the marathon and will do military next event with fresh hands 😜
