Hi everyone. My name is Lynda and I'm from South Surrey. I'll be 59 next month. Physically, I m not in good health. I am taking part in Cindy's program to change this. My fear is that if I don't take action now, my future doesn't look so bright. My primary objective is heal my body through exercise and nutrition and uncover the subconscious beliefs that have been holding me back.
Comfort or growth?
Where in my life am I choosing comfort over growth? How does this show up in my relationship with food?

I turn to sweets to cope with with stress. Initially it brings feelings of comfort but given my tendency to binge, I end up feeling powerless over my lack of control and guilty because this food is poison to my body.
