Days 14 and 15 are here, and everyone hitting this challenge should be feeling stronger in some way. All it takes is 15-30 minutes of exercise to complete the goal for each day. 1st of all, what the hell is a Yosuda bike? ๐Ÿ˜ 2nd, good work! 3rd, I had a kick ass week! Great workouts, 10k steps every day, and over 54 hours at the office. Bring on the weekend baby ๐Ÿ‘Š
