What's your opinion on fat loss and cardio?
Do you think cardio really matters for fat loss? I've heard mixed opinions on it. I know dudes with abs that don't do intentional cardio and I know dudes who think it's mandatory. I personally look at cardio training in the sense that if anything goes wrong, can I carry or drag my loved ones for any significant distance without gassing out? But I don't really think it matters for fat loss per se a compared to diet.

Tabs Update
Hey Ya'll. I have been messing around with some of the classroom instruction, and found it to be a better option to listing exercises as opposed to using one of the tabs. The "List of Exercises" will be deleted. To replace it, I was thinking of doing some quotes and philosophies from Anime, Real World figures, and videogames. I want ya'll to let me know what you think. I'll take suggestions as well.
