@Luke Smith mine was decent. I worked some extra hours at the range while my main job was off. Santa left me on "Read" tho

CHALLENGE DAY 25- Merry Christmas Yall
'Tis the season, where friends and loved ones are enjoying time with each and enjoying great food. Even with Christmas being here, we can still keep the promise to ourselves, and keep up with the Challenge. All it takes is just 15 to 30 minutes of movement, and walking through town, walking with our friends and loved ones all count towards this Challenge. Merry Christmas, yall. Be the Hero. Today, I didn't do cardio training, but I trained Legs today. I did 4 sets of Back Squats, 3 supersets of Leg Press into Calf Press, then 4 Supersets of Leg Curls into Sissy Squats
