Humans and the essence of problems
This is a lesson I learned from a current mentor of mine. Lets jump straight into it. As humans we have three facets of our being where PROBLEMS reside. - We have the MIND - We have the BODY - We have the SPIRIT Let's look at the typical way our society approaches these problems. We have specialists in the mental (psychologists). We have specialists in the body (doctors). we have specialists in the spirit (pastors/priests). Say an individual has some sort of illness where they are constantly low of energy. The psychologist will look for the problem in the mind, like a mental disorder. A doctor will look for the problem within the body, like a failing organ. A pastor will look for the problem within the spirit, like curses or demonic attack. Which one of these approaches is right and which one of these approaches is wrong? It's a trick question. As Christians following Jesus Christ, we can be prone to solving all our problems through the spirit. Let us not forget that God created all things, including medicine, workout routines, diets, meditation practices, and hydration. He created the components, requirements, and maintenance techniques that our bodies (aka the temple) need. Let us be a generation of Christ followers who embraces this holistic approach to living a healthy and Godly life. Let's use the body to glorify the mind and spirit, the spirit to glorify the mind and body, and the mind to glorify the body and spirit. Three in one, all coming together to point glory towards our savior Jesus Christ. I want to hear from you all. What is a problem you are experiencing? Body of Christ step in, and lets here some advice and suggestions from your own personal lives. Let us encourage each other, build each other up, help each other, and pray for each other as the early church did. I put this^ into to ChatGPT and got this cool looking picture

I struggle to make time for god. I’m up in time but I’m so exhausted I have been choosing to find peace in the mind numbing scrolling on my phone. I want to give god this time
The flame of god
In scripture there are 2 baptisms that are taught during Jesus’s time with his deciples. We see John baptizing people by water and later he is asking if people have been baptized by the spirit. While reading second Timothy chapter one I see this same spirit. Paul is reminding Timothy of the courageous god fearing spirit he had first received in this baptism. 2 Timothy 6-8 That is why I am reminding you now to fan into a flame the gift that God gave you when I laid my hands on you God’ gift was not a spirit of timidity, but the Spirit of power, and Love, and self control. So you are never to be ashamed of witnessing to the Lord, or ashamed of me for being his prisoner; but with me, bear the hardships for the sake of the Good News, relying on the power of God. Often times when we are going through life we depend on ourselves to battle sin and share the love of Jesus Christ. It is vain to think we can properly share God’s love without the spirit of god. Or that we being sinful creatures through our own strength or will have the ability to redeem ourselves from sin. Instead Acquaint yourself with the almighty God. For through his grace and mercy we have ALREADY conquered sin and death. We need to trust and embrace the spirit he has bestowed upon us.
Back in His presence
It’s time to get back with God. Through everything we do work, school, family, etc. there is never a time we can’t be walking with god. Our world has been shaped and molded to Distract, Disrupt, and Distance us from god. Part of dying to our flesh is rejecting the schemes of the enemy and walking as god intended.

Sharing the Gospel
I’m currently reading 2 Corinthians. When I first came to Jesus I thought sharing the gospel was stating the gospel to individuals. Although this is true I have found it’s not the only (or most effective) way. 2 Corinthians 4 3-4 If our gospel does not penetrate the veil, then the veil is on those who are not on the way to salvation; the unbelievers whose minds the god of this world has blinded, to stop them seeing the light shed by the Good News of the glory of Christ, who is the image of God. Paul is comparing unsaved people to a bride who still has the veil on. The light (Jesus Christ) is what penetrates the veil and causes people to lift their own veil. This is the free will which we have been given however God sheds his light freely. Our conversations are ineffective if we do not let Christ lead and be in our words and our actions.
Challenge
I challenge you to an hour of prayer. This is a time with zero distractions and at least on hour straight without touching your phone. Please comment how this time went. It’s so easy to pray for 5 or so minutes and then get back to our lives or distractions. We never take the time to hear from god. I recently have reflected on this. I have found myself listening to podcasts and sermons and hearing god speak through other people’s lives. However to build a personal intimate relationship you have to be able to discern gods voice. I challenge you to listen to god pray get vulnerable with the lord and see what he can do with an hour.
