I've found that consistency is key, but some days it's a real battle to choose faith over fear. I'm trying to build a 'spiritual toolkit' for those tough moments. I'd love to hear from this community: - When anxiety, fear, or discouragement are trying to take hold, what is the single, go-to Scripture verse you immediately meditate on to re-center? - What practical habit (besides reading) do you pair with that verse? (e.g., repeating it out loud, writing it on a note, taking a 5-minute walk). Share your "emergency verse" and how you use it! I look forward to learning from your wisdom.
