Morning. I have an investor that has suggested being a company director, in my company, he can provide capital to the business but he suggested he gets a 40% share of the profits, he also said that he has a accountant that he uses for his business! R2RSA is what I'm starting on. Thoughts please.

Has anyone had dealings with TIDE for small businesses ? I need to have a company address, and don't want my home address on companies house for the general public. Have you used accountants addresses, or companies online.
