Waning Moon
As the moon wanes and its energy fades, this is not a moment for new beginnings. Instead, it invites us to turn inward, explore our triggers, and gently let them go. The moon aligns with a woman's menstrual cycle: when it is full, it represents ovulation and when we can get pregnant; when it is dark, we are menstruating. If your cycle is not aligned with the moon, this is totally normal; most women are no longer perfectly aligned. You can decide if you want to track your own personal cycle, the moon cycle, or both. If you are menopausal or a man, then you will follow the moon in the skyโ€™s energy. During the waning moon, vata, air, and ether grow stronger, sometimes leaving us feeling unsteady or uncertain. This is when our hidden triggers surface, offering a powerful opportunity to face our shadows and free ourselves to reach our true potential. This was a great video, I have just started menstruating so I guess i'm not aligned with the moon, but I am peri-menopausal so my cycle is getting shorter and shorter. I love what you say about shadow work, as women we sometimes gaslight ourselves when we are feeling more sensitive in our cycle that 'its just hormones' and yes of course it can be (especially if you suffer with PMS or PMDD) but I have found from my own experience that there is some truth to what I'm feeling and if I work through that with shadow work there is some healing. It can be as simple as i'm avoiding feeling something, so I feel it deeply and then let it go ( love the burning ritual). Also, I love that you are sitting in your car with a proper cuppa! ๐Ÿ’›
