Balance Your Hormones: Eat With The Moon
The phase of the moon directly reflects the state of our agni, or digestive fire. When the moon is waxing and becoming brighter, our agni is more supported. As the moon wanes and we lose its light, our agni diminishes. We can align our eating habits with the phases of the moon to improve digestion and nutrient absorption. A woman’s menstrual cycle resembles the phases of the moon. During ovulation, like the full moon, digestion is strong; during menstruation, like the new moon, digestion wanes. If a woman’s menstrual cycle and moon cycle are not synced, there will be opposing energies, but she will want to align her eating with her own moon cycle. February Transits 2026: Collective Values VS. The Elites
This February starts with a full moon in Cancer, reminding us to turn inward and remember what is important. As we go through a Capricorn lesson cycle, we can get caught up in doing and forget to be present and connect to the heart. Eclipse season begins on February 10, intensifying tensions between governments and the people. During this time, public attention may be drawn to political issues, causing frustration or disillusionment with leadership. On a personal level, it’s important to remember that true leadership involves considering the needs of all, but also recognizing our own limits. Practicing self-care ensures we have the capacity to support others effectively. Mars, Mercury, and Venus move into Aquarius as the eclipse energy peaks, intensifying the atmosphere. With Mercury turning retrograde on February 25, we’ll be prompted to revisit past lessons. Aquarius’s emphasis on public service and universal responsibility encourages us to reflect on collective needs and public opinion as we stand up for our beliefs.
