Spring Rituals To bring Balance
Ayurveda considers three seasons: Kapha (late winter, early Summer), Pitta (Late spring, summer, and early fall), and Vata (late fall and early winter). Each season, we align with different rituals to balance the elements. As we enter spring, we tend to go out of balance in a kapha way; things are heavy, moist, cold, and stable. This can manifest as congestion, sluggishness, and depression. In this video, I’ll share practices to help you bring balance and align with the season's qualities.
