📢 LME NAVI: Weekly Onboarding & Support Meetups
Hey everyone! This Friday, we're continuing our weekly meetups to help us NAVIgate the course and stay on track. Here's what's on the agenda: 🌟 As always, welcome to our new members! @Tao Xu, @Danny W, @Ralph Essers, @Litao Wu, @Xiaoyan Chen, @Wang YUfang, @Fenglin Li, @Hong Shi, @Jerry Zhu, @Luna Liu, @Scott Sui, @Hou Ginny, @Chenfei Xiang, @Quanqi Li, and everyone else I haven't mentioned -- don't be shy! This is a great place to meet English-speaking friends. Just drop by for a few minutes. Getting started is simple: “Hi! I'm Emi, and I'm from China. I'm a new member, and I enjoy speaking English. Where are you from?” That's all it takes! We've all been there, and we're here to help. 😶 That Moment When You Forget Even the Word 'FORGET' We've all faced that challenge when learning a new language: “Despite all the studying, when it’s time to speak, your mind goes blank, you second-guess yourself, and your performance suffers.” BUT what if this isn't a problem, but actually the natural environment we (ESLs) are born into and slowly adapt to? 💭 Let's share the tricks we're using to prevent our minds from going blank during conversations. Every thought is valuable. Let's learn from each other! And remember: 💡 Your English level doesn't matter here. 💡 Don't stress if you forget a word -- gestures, smiles, mixing things up… it all works! 💡 English isn't an art to master; it's a tool to connect. 💡 The more we practice, the easier it gets. 📌 When? Friday, April 4th (Check SKOOL Calendar https://www.skool.com/lme/calendar for your local time)
