There is hope!!
This tree (see attached image) looked dead a few weeks ago. Its life was deep inside and invisible to the eye, hidden from the winters cold, waiting for the budding in the spring. As the Bible says, there is hope for a tree that’s been cut. You feel like life is far, like the gold has been tucked away in the mud of life; what if it’s just been hidden from the old, and storms and being prepared for budding of spring???

Sometimes when the clock shifts, there can be a little internal lag. Our bodies and rhythms need a moment to catch up, and that can feel a bit destabilizing at first. But we can trust God to give us the stamina and clarity we need to move through the day with grace. 🌿🦋 Give yourself a little patience as your body resets. @Naomi Adek I go to bed around 10 or 11 and I just lay there till about 7. I don’t stress about it if I wake up to go to the bathroom. I consider it all sleep.
