So Long Pantry Chocolate: My Microbiome Knockout Story
I started by putting a laser focus on foods that support my microbiome and eating less volume—and that led me to my 6th liver flush, which has completely shifted my cravings game. The need for pantry chocolate in the afternoon has vanished, and I’m naturally eating less without effort. I love that it never felt restrictive. It’s another great example of how the smallest shifts can bring some of the biggest breakthroughs. Here’s a pic of my grapefruit and olive oil drink, along with some of the stones that came out this morning. I’m excited to keep nourishing and expanding myself at Alta—ready for whatever comes next.
