🎣 Just wrapping up a refreshing weekend at the lake and wanted to check in with this amazing community… How do YOU unwind and recharge? For us, it’s camping, disconnecting from tech, and spending time in the water. It’s our go-to for clearing the mental clutter and getting back to center. Here’s a thought: We all need time to reset — not just once in a while, but regularly. 🕐 1 hour each day 📆 1 full day each week 🛶 1 weekend each month 🌲 1 full week every 6 months That’s the minimum for sustainable energy, clarity, and health. I came here to get healthier and not go the route of just getting medicine prescribed to me. I have tried medications that worked for just a while, or did not help at all.
