Tonight is our 2 hour breathwork workshop! This will be a live breathwork workshop to teach you how to heal your nervous system and release trauma using breathwork. I'll start us off with a signature whiteboard teaching on how trauma gets stored in the body, then drop into a powerful 30-minute guided breathwork journey, and close with an open Q&A. Please come prepared with a journal, a comfortable and quiet place to lie down, headphones and an open heart. Please make sure to arrive on time so that you can get the full essence of this workshop and make sure to stay until the end as there will be something special for those that do. Hi Family. Tomorrow at 6pm MST I'll be leading a 90 minute Q & A session to answer your questions about healing, the nervous system and ascension. We will begin with a 10 minute breathwork practice to drop in. There is a 1,000 person limit on the Zoom meeting so it will be first come first serve.
