Eating Habits
Ok, here's a psychological question. As a business, most of you will be analyzing your clientele. In some establishment, the service staff are encourage to know their regulars and preferences. This is part of customer service. Eating habits allows you to better treat your clients. If you are running a restaurant or serving/hosting your guest a dish like this, what kind of person do you have? .............. Besides the fact that he or she is hungry!!😂

A person who is not finished? Flatware is in the wrong direction if finished, if so, s/b opposite to at a 10 and 4 angle, and fork s/b turned over prongs down, to left of knife, the blade of which faces the fork, not stuck into the fork. I read this in a book. Tiffany's Table Manners for Teens (?) (I think it was that one anyway).

I won't eat farmed salmon. Tuna is a favorite but anything goes (but not farmed salmon, bc the thought of a painter's color wheel to select the color of overly thick mystery fish that grew in a vat gosses me out to no end).
Couscous
The top 3 most popular meals in France are steak and chips(no imagination), pizza and couscous. Once a month our restaurant does couscous to eat in or takeaway, its a public relations excersize, keeping us in everyone's memory, because we can do it authenticly on a large scale, we sell large helpings and not too expensive. It really brings in the customers because you can't make it at home the same , we cook it for a long time in a 25l pot . What is your region /countries favourite meal?

There are so many restaurants and different types of food options in Boston, Massachusetts that I have no idea what the most popular are. . . . interesting question.
Making do
Necessity is the mother of invention and making the most out of nothing is a gift. If you could only ever use 3 basic ingredients, what would they be?

Butter, eggs, and potatoes. Can I have cheese, too?
