So for the community who do not know what a "Braai" means, it is a South African word for BBQ, a favorite past time on weekends or any occasion, sport events, Bdays, Summer day. Funny thing is South African's don't really make Burgers, like I see on American TV. Steaks, Boeriwors ( Sausage ) a must, Sosaties ( Kebabs), Pork Ribs, Chicken ,Braai Broedtjies ( Toasted Cheese, Onion & Tomato toasties on the Braai OR Homemade Bread Buns toasted on the Braai and a variety of Salads..
