baking cookies at Midnight... What?! Updated.. sorry.
Yeah, I think I'm crazy too. Lol.. Just had the overwhelming feeling I wanted to make cookies. (It happens, just go with it.) Peanut butter was calling my name. So easy, 3 ingredients. 1 cup peanut butter 1 cup sugar 1 egg Put in a bowl and mix. Place a dollop (2 tablespoons) on a lined cookie sheet, then take a fork and make a criss cross on top flattening them slightly, and cook in the oven at 350 degrees F for about 10 minutes. They will appear to be uncooked, but trust me, they'll be perfect. Let sit 5 minutes and then serve still warm. Add a little milk and enjoy!

Burger and Sauces
I am a lazy cook, I like simple recipes and use bases that I work from. In a food business this is the key to being cost effective. I have been to Steak houses and have been surprised to see that they offer maybe 3 sauce choices when in fact they could offer a wide variety in a few minutes. Here is a great burger and 6 great sauce flavours from one base sauce.

Bread and Cheese
I love cheese — properly love it. I used to hop over to Bruges every three months just to stock up, like some people go for a weekend break and I go for a dairy pilgrimage. When I owned a place in Torrevieja, I’d snake my way through France and Spain, stopping at every farmstall I could find, hunting down whatever local cheese they were proud of that week. And whenever I had the time, I’d bake my own crackers and bread to go with it, because nothing beats pairing good cheese with something you made yourself.
