Wall Stretch for S Curve
Quick scoliosis correction for a reverse S-curve! When your spine curves one way at the top and the opposite at the bottom, it can throw off your balance, posture, and even how you breathe. 🌀 But here’s a simple move you can do anywhere to start creating more alignment and relief. It may look simple, but these small corrections done consistently can make a huge difference in how your body feels. 💪 #ScoliosisRelief #PostureCorrection #BackPainRelief #ScoliosisExercises #MobilityMatters

I'm in my mid 70s and have probably had scoliosis my whole life. I started experiencing pain when I hit 70 and it has gotten progressively worse. Now I have a hard time standing or walking for more than 15 minutes or so. It starts with an ache and moves into a burning sensation if I don't sit. I've started Schroth exercises and I'm hoping that will help. We travel a great deal so I'm worried that with this pain we'll be stopping that and staying home.
