For a long time, I thought I would never sell my community. It was like my fourth child, my baby! My hobby gone mad crazy passion project brainchild that created an incredible, reliable income and great lifestyle for my family, while I did work I loved -- helping freelance writers earn more. Then things changed. Kids graduated and left. We wanted to downsize and travel. I started to feel like I'd taught all I knew. And that I could see burnout coming down the tracks at me.
