The Main Takeaway Today Today I learned that a home is like a small business—managing a repair worker taught me more about freelancing than a textbook could. My words are my most powerful tool; they can either build clarity or create confusion. I realized that keeping a "client" (or worker) informed is the key to a successful delivery. Sleep and Focus - Slept: 12:00 AM. - Woke up: 7:45 AM - Focus: My focus was on hospitality and project management. I had to balance being a good host to my guests while acting as a supervisor for the repair and maintenance work happening at home. Things I Need to Remember - Communication is Key: Your wordings and the way you convey instructions matter more than the work itself. - The "Wait" Strategy: When things are disturbed, sometimes the best action is to calmly wait for the time to pass rather than reacting with frustration. - Documentation: Always jot down the key elements of an agreement to avoid misunderstandings. Starting the Day - Most Important Jobs: Food and Activity - Breakfast (8:30 AM): A late breakfast with the family and guests. - Lunch (2:00 PM): A special meal prepared for the visitors. - Dinner (9:00 PM): Dinner after the worker finished his day and the guests departed. - Activity: The day was a blend of social duties and domestic management. While the guests were over, I also had to manage a worker hired for repair and maintenance. This experience was a "live lesson" in project management. I observed how the flow of work depends entirely on how I communicate and how I set expectations. Ending the Day Good Things That Happened: - I successfully managed a busy household with both guests and workers present. - I remained calm even though my personal routine and learning were disturbed. - I extracted valuable professional lessons from a simple domestic repair job. Mistakes and What I Learned: - The Problem: The work flow was disturbed over the last few days, which could have led to stress. - The Lesson: I learned the "Reality of Project Management" through this worker:

The Main Takeaway of the Week This week, I learned more in practically that professional excellence opens new doors for learning. Even when the office workload became overwhelming, I stayed successful by paying attention to every single detail. I realized that even when I cannot watch new videos, the lessons I have already learned are alive within me, helping me navigate real-world challenges with a "cool" and systematic mind. Sleep and Focus - Slept: Usually around 12:00 AM after long days. - Woke up: between 7:30 AM to 8:00 am - Focus: My focus was entirely dedicated to my office assignments. I aimed for excellence rather than just completion, ensuring every detail was handled perfectly. Things I Need to Remember - Excellence in my current job is the best preparation for my future as a Project Manager. - Applying lessons in real life is just as important as watching them on a screen. - I am thankful to Almighty Allah for the strength to remain attentive despite the heavy workload. Weekly Activities & Reflection - It was a week of intense pressure of office work. However, I didn't just "finish" my tasks; I performed them with high quality. My background in programming and the system-based thinking I learned at the school helped me manage the complex assignments. - I "badly missed" my lessons on the Skool platform. The feeling of missing out was there, but I turned it into a positive by mentally rehearsing what I had already learned. - I took the principles taught by Haroon Khalil—such as discipline, emotional control, and systematic processing—and applied them to my office tasks. This was the reason I remained successful during such a tough week. Ending the Week Good Things That Happened: - I successfully completed a very busy week with zero compromises on quality. - I stayed "attentive to each single and detailed assignment," which is a key skill for high-ticket work. - I maintained my spiritual connection, which kept my heart calm during the rush.

Today I woke up with gratitude in my heart, thanking Allah for giving me another day of life, strength, and opportunities. The morning felt calm, and I tried to begin my day with positive thoughts and sincere intentions. Throughout the day, I focused on staying patient and honest in everything I did. Even small tasks reminded me how important Imandari is—doing things the right way, even when no one is watching. I realized again that true peace comes from trusting Allah and doing our best. I spent some time reflecting on my goals and reminding myself that progress doesn’t always come quickly, but consistency matters. Every step forward, no matter how small, is valuable. In the quiet moments, I made duʿa for forgiveness, guidance, and strength. I asked Allah to improve my character, increase my Iman, and bless my family and loved ones with health and happiness. Today taught me that gratitude changes perspective, patience builds character, and prayer brings comfort. 🕌 Prayers Offered: Fajr✅ Zhuhr✅ Asr✅ Maghrib✅ Isha✅

The Main Takeaway Today Today I learned that the size of the challenge doesn't matter as much as the strength of the heart facing it. By meeting a very busy day with confidence and courage, I turned a stressful situation into a series of successful accomplishments. Sleep and Focus - Slept: 1:00 AM. - Woke up: 7:50 AM - Focus: My focus was razor-sharp and action-oriented. I didn't let the long list of tasks distract me; instead, I focused on tackling each matter one by one with a brave mindset. Things I Need to Remember - Confidence is a muscle that grows every time I face a busy day without fear. - Courage isn't the absence of pressure; it is the choice to handle it calmly. - When I am confident, the "home chaos" and office assignments feel much smaller. Starting the Day - Most Important Jobs: Food and Activity - Breakfast (7:45 AM): A quick, energizing breakfast with my children. - Lunch (1:30 PM): A short break to refuel during the busy office hours. - Dinner (8:30 PM): A well-deserved dinner with family. - Activity: This was once again one of the busiest days I’ve had lately. The office was full of matters that needed urgent resolution. Instead of feeling overwhelmed or "stuck" like I might have in the past, I stepped up and dealt with every issue with confidence and courage. I didn't shy away from difficult tasks; I faced them head-on. Ending the Day Good Things That Happened: - I successfully cleared a large mountain of work through decisive action. - I felt a strong sense of self-respect because I handled the day with courage. - Even though it was busy, I maintained my "cool" mind and didn't let my emotions slip. Mistakes and What I Learned: - The Problem: In the past, "busiest days" used to cause me anxiety. - The Lesson: I learned that when I approach my tasks with confidence, the anxiety disappears. Prayer and Azkaar Log - Fajr: Missed - Zohr: 1:15 PM with Fajr Qaza - Asr: 4:30 PM - Maghrib: 6:15 - Isha: 8:45 PM -
