One thing I want to remember about today: A good day marking a transition in life, focusing on aligning thoughts, lowering speed, and shedding unnecessary burdens from the soul, mind, heart, and body. What time did I sleep last night and when did I wake up? Slept around 12 am wake up at 7 pm What data will I look up after a month or year? The specific actions and mental shift I made today to begin the transition gradually. Reminders - Aligning Thoughts: Focus on lowering speed and removing unnecessary burdens. - Observe and Learn: Pay attention to messages and experiences (e.g., "Khuda karta hay, jo bhe karta hay"). - Do what needs to be done sincerely, regardless of the outcome. Most Important 1–3 Tasks: 1. Meet with the Head of Department (HOD) and sincerely explain departmental challenges. 2. Gather and align thoughts to start the personal transition process. 3. Future Task: Find time to note down Skool video lessons (carry-over). What I don’t want to do today: Let external circumstances dictate my inner calm and sincerity. Diet + Activity - Breakfast: Chai, paratha, and slight egg. - Lunch: Missed. - Evening: A cup of tea with biscuits. Wins of the Day: - Successfully met with the HOD and explained the departmental challenges clearly and sincerely, achieving the desired action despite interruptions. - Felt a thrill and gratification in daily routines, indicating a positive internal shift. - Noticed and internalized meaningful messages from surrounding conversations and experiences. Mistakes / Learnings: - Time Management: Did not find time to document Skool video lessons; need to better allocate time for this critical task. - Missed Meal: Missed lunch, indicating a continued struggle with regular eating habits during busy periods. Prayer Log - Fajr: missed - Zohr: 2:00 PM - Maghrib: Performed together with Asr. - Isha: Around 9:00 PM. ✨ Reflection Today was the start of a new chapter—a day of slowing down and removing mental burdens. The sincere effort made in communicating challenges at work, despite uncertainty about the outcome, brought a sense of gratification. The key learning is that I must prioritize documenting my Skool lessons, but overall, the internal feeling of alignment and positive change makes this day a significant win indeed.
