75 hard challenge and feedback
After I heard about the 75 hard challenge from Michael Sartain on his podcast I decided 6 months ago to try it. Completed it, lost 20lbs and gained some muscle. I now have a 6 pack at 39 without any substance other than creatine for the first time of my life. Girls where already looking before but I noticed that they are way more agressive in pursuing me in social situations. I also find that men are more deferential in social situations. Maybe it's just that iii go out more and feel more calibrated, but this has been the most beneficial experience of the last 15 years I'd say. Any of you tried 75 hard challenge? What was your experience?

I just heard about 75 hard a few weeks ago. I had created a similar program just for my own personal use a few years ago. It was 51 days long challenge to myself. Each week I would add two new habits (workout, diet, reading, meditation, goal setting, etc.). Adding 2 per weeks keeps you from getting overwhelmed by adding them all into your life at once. You can ease yourself into it. I recently wrote it up as a full program for other people to use if you want to check it out. DM me and I'll send it over.
Beta Testers Wanted
I've created a 51-Day Challenge to help men implement several high-performance habits into their lives. I'm not selling anything. It's completely free to anyone in MoA who wants to help me test it out. All I ask is that you stick with it for the full 51 days and give me feedback. DM me if you're interested and I'll send it over.

How often do you train? đŸ’Ș
I am working out every day right now. Not because I “have to,” but because my energy, focus, and results are at their peak when I train daily. How often do you train and what’s your reasoning behind that number?

@Felix Urbanek Currently my biggest issue is that I usually go to a friend's house for a movie night twice a week. He's loves ordering pizza and other calorie heavy foods when we do this, so my progress gets thrown off. I've decided to start bringing my own food and snacks whenever I go over to his house so I can control what I eat when I'm there.

@Felix Urbanek Daily Diet: Morning: 1 cup of Coffee (with 1tbsp cream) Meal 1: 2 Pieces of Fruit and 3 Eggs (any style cooked with 1tbsp butter) Post Workout: 1 Protein Shake Snack: 1 Can of Sardines Meal 2: 5oz Steak or Fish with side of Steamed Vegetables Snack: 1 Baked Potato Meal 3: 5oz Steak or Fish with side of Steamed Vegetables Unlimited calorie free Jello, bone broth, and flavored water to satiate hunger if I ever get cravings. This is approximately 1600 kcals and 136g protein per day. My maintenance calories are around 2100 per day.
This Might be Genius...
So this guy walked up to a group of hot girls and gave them a disposable camera to document their night. He then met up with them later to develop the photos and share it with them. This could be an absolutely genius way to meet a bunch of women. It's like offering a photoshoot, but the girls don't need to know you since you aren't joining them. Super low compliance level needed. You could literally just buy 10 disposable cameras, walk around for a night and hand them out to hot girls. Then trade instagrams to develop and share the photos later. This could be an entire instagram strategy. Develop the photos they take. Edit and post the good ones on your instagram. Then tag and friend the girls. Even better, emotionally, to the girls, it feels like you were a part of their night, even though you didn't go out with them. I'm going to test this out and see how well it works. https://www.youtube.com/shorts/lr9qIfLfZrM
30/30 Program (Make Female Friends)
A few years back, when the pickup scene was still a thing, there was a coach by the name of Brad P. Brad has a program called the 30/30 Club. The premise was simple - each month you would hyper focus on one aspect or making yourself more attractive. One month you would focus on your fashion, another month you would focus on your social anxiety, another month you would focus on your social circle, etc. The real genius of the program though was that you had to approach at least 30 women each month and log each approach in the forum. (Hence 30/30 Club. 30 approaches in 30 days.) At the time, the 30/30 Club has the highest percentage of guys actually getting laid out of all the major pickup forums because it prioritized actually going out and talking with women. I bring this up because making female friends is one of the first steps in the MoA program. For those who don't already have female friends and don't know how to make them, I feel like this could be a useful strategy for getting to know a few to jump-start your social circle. I propose that if you are unsure of how to make some female friends, take the 30/30 challenge. Approach 30 women over the next 30 days and try to befriend them/add them to your Instagram.

@Yingdi Liu I never interpreted the old school pickup techniques as “resenting women”.
