Growth Will Chase you
Many community owners focus only on marketing and chasing new members The most powerful driver of growth is consistently providing value to the existing members Every skill you improve, every problem you solve, and every person you help adds up quietly in the background. People may forget your promotions, but they’ll always remember how helpful your community felt and they'll also recommend your community to others. Focus less on chasing numbers and more on building trust, value, and connection. Growth becomes easier when you genuinely add value ❓❓What’s something you’re consistently working on today that you believe will pay off in the long run❓❓

@Syed Huzaifa There are 4 pillars but we start with money because so much is reliant on that. So we start with the Financial Stability Programme to make sure you can focus on and improve the other 3 pillars; health, relationships and purpose

@Syed Huzaifa I've been making content over the last week or so to try and bring people in and also adding value to other Skool communities (not pushing myself on them) to build interest. It's slowly working

Since I have to help 69 people go full time on Skool this year: this is the SECOND BEEFY ONE of the how to series 🪿 lmk if this is too long or u want more of these! Most people don’t have a starting point they have…✨analysis paralysis✨ “what should i do first??” so they sit there thinking researching watching 100 YT videos instead of just… doing anything meanwhile someone less skilled is already making money lol so HERES the friggin breakdown: starting is NOT some giant perfect plan its: 👉 ONE person 👉 ONE problem 👉 ONE attempt to help thats it for example: “i help my friend land his first client this week” or “i help 1 skool owner reduce churn” not 100 people not your future audience not your “brand” just ONE this is literally how Wingman started btw i just kept helping skool owners stop churn then more people asked for help 🪿 heres what u actually do: find 1 person with a problem talk to them try to help them no funnel no logo no content strategy just reps this is the part people hate: clarity comes AFTER action not before u do not think ur way into clarity u work ur way into it so if u feel stuck rn good that means ur at the starting line and heres the truth: if u cant help ONE person u wont magically help 100 so prove it to yourself first THEN scale it comment ur idea in ONE sentence 🪿 who are u helping? what problem? how are u helping them? simple i’ll pick a few people and help u get their FIRST win or don’t and keep researching forever lol 👉 don’t believe me. test it 🪿

@Hayes Brubaker Is that event that you set up or events that you attend?
Hi everyone
I want to move quickly, who has any advice on this? For context. • I've been on Skool for a while but only got serious in the last month. • I'm starting to push more social media content out • I have a community for Dads building the life their family deserves; it provides the tools, accountability and support they need

@Corinna Smith I'm more surprised that you find the time to make and drink a coffee 🤣

@Joan Raymond thanks, it's great to be here
What would constitute a “perfect” Skool day for you?
What would a perfect day look like you you on Skool? What is preventing you from having that perfect day?

@Corinna Smith It's a good feeling seeing someone enjoy what you've put out into the world and worked hard on

You're doing fine. That's the problem. I help men and dads get honest about where they actually are — and build something real from there.
