Six months ago, my team was drowning in leads but struggling to convert them into actual calls. We were generating a high volume of interested replies through cold email, with a 3.4% overall reply rate and nearly 600 opportunities in just four weeks. However, we faced two major challenges: Slow response times: Our team wasn't getting back to interested leads quickly enough, missing the critical window of opportunity to convert them into calls. Lack of personalization: We weren't taking the time to research and provide personalized replies to each interested lead, which is crucial for converting cold email leads. To solve this problem, I built an AI reply system that could respond to interested leads quickly and with highly personalized, researched responses. The best part? Here's how it works: Replies are captured from the Instantly API and categorized based on interest level (interested, soft no, or hard no). The AI system researches each prospect, scraping their website and gathering relevant information. Using a knowledge base that continuously improves, the AI generates personalized, well-crafted replies for each lead. These replies are stored in a Notion database, allowing for easy review and customization. The results have been astonishing. By sending fully personalized, researched responses tailored specifically to each prospect, we've seen our booking ratio skyrocket. In our PR agency, we've gone from booking 50 calls per 30 days to 116 calls per 30 days – a 200% increase! And as the AI system learns and improves, these numbers continue to climb. Email Provider - Warm Up
Hello Guys, What email providers are you using to send out cold emails? I was using things mentioned in the course, warmed them up as per the guidelines and have an 85% of them did not reach the sender and were blocked. I used Instantly and Greengeeks for hosting. Any recommendations besides these two that are better ? Thank you

Has anyone seen warming hurt deliverability since the changes about 6 weeks ago? SmartLead CEO and one of his podcast guests were saying they were seeing warm-up hurt deliverability and so had been turning it off. (and are continuing to test)
