Not all email tools are built for sales — especially if you’re in coaching.
Here’s a snapshot of what’s out there, how they stack up, and when to use which: GoHighLevel – 8.5/10 ✅ All-in-one: CRM, email, SMS, booking ❌ Not the prettiest UX Best for: high-ticket funnels that need everything in one place ConvertKit – 7.5/10 ✅ Visual automations + creator-friendly ❌ Not ideal for complex logic Best for: early-stage coaches or newsletter-first flows ActiveCampaign – 9.5/10 ✅ Top-tier for sales automations ✅ Great deliverability + tagging Best for: service providers or coaches scaling with email FloDesk – 5/10 ✅ Beautiful designs ❌ Weak on automation Best for: lifestyle brands, not built to sell MailerLite – 6.5/10 ✅ Super simple and affordable ❌ Gets limited quickly Best for: hobbyists or those just starting Klaviyo – 7/10 ✅ Killer for ecom segmentation ❌ Overkill for service-based businesses Best for: product-based offers Mailchimp – 6/10 ✅ Easy to launch ❌ Not sales-funnel friendly Best for: newsletters, not conversions If you’re starting out (0–100 subs):🟢 Try MailerLite or ConvertKit — minimal setup, gets you rolling fast. If you’re building momentum (100–1,000 subs):🟡 Go with ActiveCampaign — lets you automate based on behavior + sell smarter. If you’re scaling past 1,000 subs or have a team:🔴 Consider GoHighLevel — it’s your funnel, CRM, and automation hub in one.

I’m IN!
Took massive action today that was completely unplanned. After the first day’s session I felt exhausted, hopeful, excited and yet upset and lonely. I sat on the couch in frustration and sadness wondering why haven’t I been able to make this online thing work?! Why haven’t I been able to make any real money?? I just felt lost. Tonight I’m siting on the couch feeling calm, clear, confident and aligned after joining Prime Movers. This is the help I need and the guidance to get me here was loud and clear. I am so excited for the next stage. I was in clickfunnels ten years ago when it launched, but it wasn’t the right time for me. Now find myself back at Russell’s door, only this time, I’m walking into his house. Shout out to Dillion for the help with my enrollment call. I’m ready and I’m worthy!

Wait.. did Christmas come early this year?
I’ll NEVER Do A live Webinar...
That was me, seven years ago... Certain. Stubborn. Absolutely sure. Webinars felt… stressful to say the least. Not my style I said... no matter how many experts preached it, I tuned it out. Even when the man himself @Russell Brunson, my mentor, swore by it, I rolled my eyes and kept building other funnels in the shadows. Then came FHL 2023, my first one. I walked in with one mission: Meet Russell Brunson. I didn’t 💔 But I did meet a few 2 Comma Club Award winners. One of them was the real deal... she presented herself powerfully… and was running her business only through live webinars. And still, even then, I felt the resistance. I thought, "That’s great for her, but that’s not me". Almost a couple of years went by, and I attended FHL 2025. I didn’t meet Russell again (lol), but I met Todd Dickerson. And, well… I may or may not have tried to casually follow Todd around to see if Russell was nearby. Todd went into the washroom... I paused. Thankfully, I stopped myself before it got "really" awkward.. (Hey, I’m passionate, not creepy.) But that moment stuck. Because deep down, I wasn’t chasing a person… I was chasing the next version of me. FHL 2025 cracked something open. The energy. The people. The vision. I finally stopped resisting and crossed the threshold. I joined Prime Movers... I did two live webinars over the last 3 weeks... While the first one was a complete failure in terms of, well, let's say everything, the second one brought one sale... But it brought me something way bigger: Momentum. I finally understood what Russell had been saying all along... It's not about polish or perfection. It's about being present in real time. Owning your voice. Sharing your truth. Creating connections. And here’s the crazy part: In less than 30 days, I’ve made more progress than I have in the last few years. Not financially (yet). But mentally. Emotionally. Strategically. The internal shift has been massive. It’s like I finally stepped into the arena instead of studying it from the stands.
I’ll NEVER Do A live Webinar...

Very inspiring thanks for sharing @Sayem Khan !
Pitching your $5K offer before they believe it works is like proposing on the first date. 💍
Sounds wild, but most high-ticket funnels do exactly that They skip the part where the buyer feels: ✅ Seen ✅ Understood ✅ Safe to trust you Instead, they rush into “Here’s my framework — book a call!” But before anyone says yes, they need to believe 3 things: 1. Their current path isn’t working 2. There’s a better way 3. You get what they’re struggling with No belief shift = no buy-in. Curious — where does your funnel build the most trust right now?👇

And yet — that’s exactly what most high-ticket funnels do. They skip the most important part of the buyer journey — the emotional bridge where your audience finally feels: ✅ Seen for who they are ✅ Understood without judgment ✅ Safe to explore a solution with you Instead, it’s all “Here’s my process, book a call!” — and cue the crickets. Before anyone says yes, they need to believe 3 key things: 1. Their current path is broken. 2. A better way does exist. 3. You actually understand what’s keeping them stuck. Sell belief before you sell the offer — that’s how high-ticket really converts.
