This was from a private training I did with my Inner Circle a few years ago. The video and training never was seen after that by anyone, and I found it this week and thought that it would benefit a lot of you who are struggling to figure out how to design yourself as a character. Stephanie Dove Blake was on the original training, and afterwards dropped her takeaways (which are a pretty amazing summary of the video) - so here you go! ==== SO many incredible golden nuggets in this @Russell Brunson! Thank you! 👏 I thought I’d share my takeaways… 👉 The value of education & info you provide will keep a customer for a few years… but the value a relationship with YOU will keep a customer for LIFE. 👉 The majority of ones expertise is disseminated in the first year of a customer’s entry into your world…you can’t keep dispensing brand NEW info for the rest of your life… train on one thing in many ways. 👉 Business isn’t about core info - it’s about characters. 👉 We’re not in the info business, we’re in the RELATIONSHIP business. 👉 Those who WIN at business realize that: Your business isn’t the products you create — your business is your HERD/TRIBE/PEOPLE. They are the only business ASSET. 👉 Know your market and make sure you have “Message to Market Match” 🤩 Good, Fan-worthy Characters: 😍 - Can’t be boring - Have an origin story - Have a back story (what they did before) - Have parables  - Have experienced miracles - Have “insider” language  - Have a measure of likability  - They do likable things. (This is why comics aren’t about the villains.) - Are good at what they do - Have overcome adversity  - Are emotionally complex - Experience substantial change - Show their flaws - Have a position - Have a philosophy  - Shows courage that others want to emulate - Share their likes/dislikes - Share their failures as well as their failures - Share their beliefs - Share their pathological behaviors  - Share their incompetencies - Share their religion/belief system - Share their significant life events - Share their envy/desire

Hey Prime Movers!!! I had SO MUCH fun this week, hanging out everyday! Today I've been recovering a little bit, but plan to start dropping some more cool stuff in here (as well as the 'One-To-Many Mastery' group, and the 'Conversation Domination' groups - for those who upgraded to Prime Mover Foundations). But... before I go turn on the UFC fights... I wanted to give you guys something real quick that I think you'll LOVE!!! I am planning on posting our split test results each week so you guys can model them in your funnels, but thought I'd share this one for today. I published this book about 10 years ago, but 95% of the tests inside of it are VERY relevant. I still use this myself as a guild when we launch any funnels. Also... on page 137 is where I show you the actual trial closes I inserted into our webinar to increase our DPL (Dollar Per Lead) from $9.45 to $16.50!!!! A 75% increase in sales, but just adding trial closes!!! I hope you guys love it... It would mean the world to me if you'd post your biggest 'ah-ha' from this book in the comments below. The more comments I get, the more I know you guys love this book, and it'll get me fired up to share more split test results with you!!!

My AHA Moment From Today’s Event
Today I realized something huge… Russell’s presentation framework wasn’t just another structure—it was a turning point for me. For years, I’ve been presenting with passion and experience, but I finally saw the missing piece: the psychology behind getting people to say YES all throughout the presentation. When Russell broke down the format—and especially the use of trial closes—it hit me hard. I don’t need to reinvent myself… I just need to adjust how I guide people through the journey. This was a wake-up call. I need to wrap my head around these changes because they will completely transform how I present, influence, and convert online. This wasn’t just information… it was a shift. And I know implementing this will dramatically elevate my results.

The premise of the video is, how do you create 'inception' in the mind of your reader, so that it becomes their idea to buy from you (instead of you selling them anything). Struggling to get consistent clients? It’s usually not a “marketing” problem — it’s a ‘messaging’ and strategy issue. Here’s what might be blocking your growth: 1. You’re Trying to Talk to Everyone If your offer is for “everyone,” it lands with no one. Fix: Get ultra-clear on your dream client. Speak directly to them. 2. You’re Hiding Behind Generic Content “Motivational quotes” won’t build trust. Fix: Share personal insights, client wins, and tips that solve real problems. 3. Your Offer Isn’t Clear or Irresistible If people don’t understand your offer, they won’t buy. Fix: Make the transformation obvious — "I help [who] go from [pain] to [result]." 4.
