Most people think they need more followers, more certifications, or more experience. What Day 3 showed me is that businesses already have problems they need solved. The “Hit By A Bus” strategy is powerful because it helps you uncover those problems without being pushy or salesy. Instead of trying to sell, you start asking better questions. Here are 3 action steps you can take right now: ✅ Ask a business owner: “If you got hit by a bus tomorrow, what would happen to your business?” ✅ Listen for gaps: No follow-up, no email list, no automation, no funnel, no lead system. ✅ Show them what you see: Help them identify one opportunity that could save time, generate leads, or increase sales. That’s it. Simple. No ads. No fancy tech. Just helping people see problems they didn’t realize they had. This was one of the biggest lessons that helped me earn my One Comma Club Award. I Built 3 Funnels This Week... And The Biggest Lesson Had Nothing To Do With Funnels... 🔥 Funnel Lab Update – June 3 Over the last week, I've built 3 funnels in 3 totally different industries. A pottery workshop funnel. 🏺 A whiskey tasting event funnel. 🥃 And a challenge funnel. 💻 Three different businesses. Three different audiences. Three different customer journeys. And while I didn't close these opportunities, I realized something important... Every funnel I build gets better. Every client conversation teaches me something. Every showposal helps me see another piece of the puzzle. One thing that has become crystal clear is this: Most businesses don't have a traffic problem. Most businesses have a SYSTEM problem. They have: 👉 leads they aren't following up with 👉 email lists they aren't using 👉 opportunities slipping through the cracks 👉 content without a strategy 👉 too many things happening manually As I've been going through Funnel Builder Certification and AI Secrets, I'm seeing more and more how funnels, AI, automation, and follow-up all work together.
