Morning all, So, I’m coming to the end of my first 8 week stack - 3-AD, All Day shred, SLIN, Blue-OX. Lost ca 7Kg in 7 weeks, gained strength, mobility and function. More energy = all the good stuff a young 48 year old needs these days. So I ask, what now and next? I made some good gains (as advertised), but I want to keep up the momentum and take it to the next level. Welcome any and all advice. 💪😉
