MVP vs MLP vs MMP
Which one should we launch first? MVP (Minimum Viable Product) = just works, testable MLP (Minimum Lovable Product) = works + satisfies users MMP (Minimum Marketable Product) = ready to sell ME: MLP!

MLP: mvp is good but the intial customer batch (the most important) will be compromised in some ways. And normally, the only difference between MLP and MVP is just customization. Just make your product become a little bit presentable with features is good enough
Reddit For Marketing?
I remember Admin (@Connor Jones) mentioned that we have some SaaS founders in this group that made 6 digit exits? My question would be what marketing channels did you utilize? Do you consider Reddit a good marketing channel? Was anybody here successful by marketing their product on Reddit?

For those in the AI space, maybe this would be an interesting read.
A Comprehensive Review of AI Agents: Transforming Possibilities in Technology and Beyond (George Washington University, August 2025) Paper: https://arxiv.org/abs/2508.11957 Abstract: AI agents have advanced from simple rule-based systems to sophisticated, autonomous entities capable of perception, reasoning, and decision-making in complex environments. This transformation has been driven by the rise of big data, deep learning, reinforcement learning, and multi-agent coordination. Despite significant progress, creating unified agents that seamlessly combine cognition, planning, and interaction remains a major challenge. Current research draws on cognitive science models, hierarchical reinforcement learning, and large language model reasoning, while also grappling with ethical, safety, and interpretability concerns. By examining breakthroughs, ongoing challenges, and future directions, this review provides guidance for developing more robust, adaptable, and trustworthy AI agents.

The progression of AI seems to be stagnant for next period. Some of my friends working at a AI data labelling company told me that their project moves from labelling data to more creative stuffs like make slideshows...

@Frank Asuncion they will have a certain base set of benchmarks to ensure understandability and further tailor the data according to customer need. Normally customer accquistion is not a problem with them because this marker is oligolopy + high barrier to entry (talent accquistion,...)
