Hello everyone! I finally sorted an agreement with my company to allow me to spend 2 days a week on the Skool community. I therefore really want to start growing this community but in order to do that - I need some help. Firstly, I need to know what type of areas you are all interested in? In other words, where do you think your current bottlenecks that are preventing you from going to the next stages are? Lastly, in order for me to get to grips with were you all currently are, can you please select which stage your product is in below:

Huge LinkedIn response rates
Hi everyone, I thought that Iโ€™d share some data from Monty (my SaaS company) that we have gathered over the last 60 days. Our sales team switched from sending DMโ€™s to using voice notes. At first the response rates were in the low 30โ€™s but in 60 days my team have refined their approach and gotten to a 60-70%! Roughly 2/3 ICPโ€™s responding to us - HUGE. We also started at 1 in 66 outreaches booking a call. We are now at 1 in 19. Our takeaway is that LinkedIn is being filled with so much AI garbage that the only way to cut through is with human first approaches. The irony - Iโ€™m not sure AI bros will approve. I thought that Iโ€™d share just incase you havenโ€™t tried this approach. Itโ€™s working so well that we are thinking about ditching our email outreach team and doubling down on this!
How many times do you post on Reddit a week?
I was hoping for some advice! Without blowing my own trumpet, I would say that I am a relatively okay-ish writer. As a result, I have been able to rack-up over 1,000,000 views on Reddit and grow both my personal brand (that feels icky to say) and SaaS business by doing less than 1 hour of work a week. The reason why I don't post more frequently is because: 1) Reddit doesn't have a community feeling and therefore replies to asking for help need to be taken with a pinch of salt. 2) [MAINLY] I don't know how much it is acceptable to post and as a result, I can't see a path to scaling further than I already am... Has anyone got any experience or thoughts about this?
Just testing the waters
We are building appointment systems for barbershops and want to get more clients. Currently we are simply leveraging our personal network but want to give other methods or channels a try. What is your niche, how did you find your first clients and what approach worked best for you? Ads, cold outreach via email or call, personal network, Reddit, X, Facebook or Tiktok?
Reddit For Marketing?
I remember Admin (@Connor Jones) mentioned that we have some SaaS founders in this group that made 6 digit exits? My question would be what marketing channels did you utilize? Do you consider Reddit a good marketing channel? Was anybody here successful by marketing their product on Reddit?
