Qigong Class
Ok y'all. I am going to do a Sunday afternoon 1 PM EST qigong class. Learning qigong is a good introduction to the energy work needed for effective magic. We will be covering the basic Building the Ball Qigong this week.

Nervous Systems
My nervous system is out of whack. I'm deeply traumatized and scared all the time. And because of this, I aim at the wrong things. I chase money and power when what I really need is peace and calm. Because the tool is not the state. If I can create the state then the tool becomes irrelevant. So I am experimenting with the ancient art of purposefully calming my ass down. I'm using The Monroe Institute's meditation app called Expand and using their bibaural beats to help me relax at least for a little bit each day. This may do no good but, it's worth a shot. I will outline my procedures and results here.

Love the experimentation 💛 I continue to have experiments with my nervous system needs as well, and more and more deeply discover what the needs actually are. Your share reminds me of the manifestation aspect of letting go of how things will come being part of opening to receiving what is coming forward. Danielle told a story once of a friend who wanted a lake house and was in a belief that she needed money to get that experience. When she let go, she got a call from a relative asking her to watch their lake house and pet sit for pay. I’m curious about opening up to things like this happening, truly magical synchronicities.
