@George Santos sure, I agree with all these cues. Additionally to the hand placement I also suggest to distribute the weight only on your fingertips and the backside of yout palm. Also, to keep control, start from the bottom, without momentum - it’s all about balance - so rushing in means falling quickly. Also it looks like you never experienced how to “fall down” from handstands therefore I would suggest to exercise this first in order to loose fear of falling. @David Jean-Baptiste do you know how to do so? (The reason I suggest this is because it looks like you either do not know or are afraid of putting all the weight on your shoulders which is totally normal)

Hello everyone, Ever since I can remember, I’ve been into acrobatics like gymnastics and circus. Since 2020, I’ve been focusing on calisthenics which is my true passion. Currently I’m 26 years old, and my name is Leandra. Staying true to the order of this bio, I like to turn things upside down, which you can also see in my favorite element: the one-arm handstand. My goal for the next 90 days is to get back to my old level, such as V-sit to handstand press and straddle planche press. I also want to re-learn some dynamics. Fun fact: I love Magerquark.
