@Jiun-Ru Chiang Hello there! Sorry for the late reply. Yes, AI definitely made a huge impact on the animation industry! Although it might be not in the way people think of it. One of the biggest pros of AI is that it can generate a vision really fast. That is to say, in practical terms professionals are using it to align their thoughts or to help making concept art. On the other hand, the biggest flaw of AI-generated animation right now is that you cannot control everything in the scene (or you spent a lot of effort to refine the small detail), and that’s actually an important thing about animation! We design every little detail you see in the animation to convey our thoughts. Every pixel is at wherever it needs to be! How cool is this, don’t you think😆? Personally, I’m not worried about “getting replaced by AI” because AI is a tool after all, just like using computers to make animation instead of pen and paper, this doesn’t change the fact that I am an animator. AI does not put down my passion✨(not yet, haha) Thank you for asking me this question!! This gave me a chance to yap about animation again which makes me really happy🤩 Hope you have a happy day as well!
