BB King - When I was 14 years old (I'm 69 now) my parents took me to see BB. We had front and center seats in a small Miami theatre and I was blown away by the blues. A year later I took a year of guitar classes in high school and the rest is history! Here's a little "then and now" pic!

What to play??
When you go into a guitar shop/store, what is your “go to” riff or set of licks to play??? I lose all memory of what to play and how to play it when I am in a public place.

I usually play a few chords up and down the neck. If it sounds good, I'll clip on a tuner and check if the 12th fret tuning is as good as the open string tuning. If the harmonics are good, it feels good and sounds good... I've got a winner! 😎

Strung up!
What strings are you using. I've recently switched to string joy balanced mediums 6,7 and 8 string sets. Feel consistently good.

StringJoy 8.5-11-15-30-38-50 on my Strat. It took me a while to figure out the perfect balance! Standard tuning. 😎
