Due to my recent injuries in my hands from the auto accident, I’ve been wondering what do all of you do to loosen up strengthen and work with your hands or fingers when you’re not playing guitar to make them better? Give me some ideas of things I can do to help restrengthen my fingers. I tried playing three songs today and they hurt worse than I’ve ever experienced playing guitar!

Hard tail or tremolo? I have both, intentionally. A) So I have the ability should I need or want it. B) So I can tell my wife there IS a reason I need 2, otherwise very similar, guitars
