Hi friends! I’m Lauren, 22 years old, and a senior at Central Michigan University! I love going on walks, good food, and traveling! Summer is my favorite and I try to get outside for a while everyday. I grew up playing soccer and strength training up until my sophomore year of college, where I had to figure out how to stay healthy and fit on my own. I’ve been through many different phases of staying active, strictly lifting for a few years, then strictly running for a year, and I just ran my first marathon on Sunday!!! I will never be doing that again, haha. I would like to find a sustainable way to live healthy and fit without falling into extremes. A little bit of everything is what makes me feel and look the best!! Thanks for reading😎
