I am so behind with checking in but I have been doing these every day! This time of year I feel like all I do is run around and hardly check my Phone which is good and bad. Ready for the new year and new start. 💪🏻 went to strength class and finally got to 75 lb on my cleans 3 reps! Drank 20oz of electrolyte water and a clear protein after. 🧠 picked out my new planner for 2026 I like to write stuff down and want to do daily check ins with myself so I can bAck and look week to week. Will also read but haven’t done that yet. 💫sat in the car In Silence while my phone charged for almost 20 min In between gym and errands it felt so good.

What’s everyone making for meals this week?!
I am having the same thing off of my meal for weeks! I love keeping it simple. I can make so many different variations of chicken and rice. Gosh.. add fruit!! 🍌 bananas.. almond butter OR pineapple 🍍 or mangos and some general tso sauce. I always have chicken and rice prepped! Along with ground beef cooked! Keep your stables in place people!! Let me know in the comments what you are cooking up! White chicken chili sounds amazing. If anyone wants the recipe let me know!

I'm doing some behind the scenes things okay? okay but I need as many people as I can to respond to this. Think deep and hard and please give me good feedback. Answer these three questions for me. 1. What's the biggest obstacle that stops you from starting or sticking with a new routine, even when you know it will be good for you?? 2. If you could wave a magic wand and instantly achieve ONE of your health goals, what would it be, and why haven't you achieved it yet?? 3. What does 'feel good' or 'being healthy' truly mean to you, beyond just the physical changes?? THANK YOUUUUUU

1. Biggest obstacle for me is the spring and summer with kids sports all the traveling and meal prepping doesn’t get done. So schedule would be the challenge. 2. Having a chef to so all the prepping. That is the biggest struggle area for me. 3. Feel good means no more bloating, not feeling tired
