JUNE CHALLENGE: THE SUMMER DRIFT IS REAL.
Every year people head into summer already overwhelmed. Schedules change. Vacations happen. The kids are home. Weekends get chaotic. The routine disappears. And most people slowly drift away from themselves because they think if they can’t do everything perfectly, there’s no point in doing anything at all. That’s exactly why we’re doing The Summer Anchor 21 starting June 1st. 🔥 For 21 days, we are focusing on 3 non-negotiable anchors: ⚓ The First 16: 16oz water + A 1st Phorm Foundational Product (Greens/Reds/Micro-Factor/Full Mega/Collagen) before coffee or food.. We start the day intentionally instead of immediately running on stress and caffeine. ⚓ The Protein Buffer: Summer food is gonna happen. Ice cream, BBQs, trips, restaurants, all of it. Instead of spiraling, we anchor the day with protein. Hit your protein goal daily at a bare minimum. Team.. we’ve mastered the movement in April. Now, we’re going for the shape. I’m officially dropping the May 'Four for the Core' Calendar. 31 days of targeted deep-core and abdominal work to cinch the waist and build a foundation of strength. But here is the truth: You can have the strongest core in the world, but if your gut is inflamed and bloated, you’ll never see it. In May, we aren't just training the muscles; we are healing the gut. The May Standard: 1. The Daily 4: Complete your ABCD rotation (Calendar attached!). 2. The Gut Protocol: We are eliminating the bloat by prioritizing gut health and protein. 1. The Check-In: Post your 'Core & Greens' photo daily. Show us you doing the work.. taking the supplements or eating healthier. I’m going to be teaching you EXACTLY how I leaned out my waist and the specific 1st Phorm tools I use to keep my stomach flat and my digestion on point. I don't go a single day without these three things: 1. Opti-Greens 50 (To kill the bloat) 2. Colostrum (To heal my gut and stop inflammation) 3.
