What? I didn't know there was a cruise? I haven't been keeping up on my Youtube content. Do you have a link or should I just search his videos?
Router died coliving upgrade
What does your IT plan look like for each property? My router puttered out today and needs to be replaced. What router are you all using for your coliving houses? What's internet plan is adequate for 8-10 adults? My property offers Verizon FiOS up to 2Gbit connection speeds. That feels like overkill but I've never run security cameras and had potentially 8 gamers in the house at once...

In Arizona I use Cox Cable. I run 1 Gigabit and that is a bit of overkill for my renters. I am an IT guy and would love to run PFsense or some other system based router, but I run what Cox provides. I do this for support. If something happens they support the equipment. I had a router fail 2 months ago and they came out and replaced it. I did have to rejoin the devices to the new SSID, IE new WiFi.

Looks like I used the wrong profile for the post above, but you get the idea. - Jarrod :)
Cameras
Where do you put cameras in your Coliving properties? All common areas, entrance and backyard?

I put camera in the Kitchen, Laundry, Front Door Wyze Doorbell and if the backyard has access a camera in the back. The why: The Kitchen is to see who cleans up and if dishes are left in the sink etc. The Laundry to see who leaves cloths in the laundry. Front door who comes and goes. The backyard to see if people are trying to sneak in guest through windows or just who comes and goes that way if at all. If you have stairs it might be a good idea to have a camera there to protect yourself if anyone should fall or at least have the footage to see what happened. Cameras I use are Wyze pan tilt remote control and are $35: https://amzn.to/3V3QQpw
