For you folks who self-manage your co-living property , What insurance company do you use?

@Jarrod Ochsenbein I went to there web site to get a quote . The said they did not offer coverage for rent by room , self managed with leases .However I kind of got the impression if I was using Padsplit they would cover me . Because one the questions they ask was if I was using a company like Padsplit to manage.

Looks like I will be charged $99 a month
I don't think I can afford to start this right now with all my funds being funneled to REI. I am going to have to shut this down for now. :(
